Scope of Application
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of all services provided by xutil.dev (hereinafter "the Service"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service: - Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals - Actions related to criminal activity - Actions that place excessive load on the Service's servers or network - Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service - Reverse engineering the Service - Actions that cause harm or inconvenience to other users or third parties - Unauthorized access or attempts thereof - Unauthorized commercial use of the Service - Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the operator

The Service makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the tools and content it provides. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. Users shall use the Service at their own risk and responsibility.
Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights related to the content, tools, designs, logos, and other materials provided by the Service belong to the operator or their rightful owners. Users shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell these without prior written consent from the operator. Users are responsible for the use of any output generated using the Service's tools.
Account
Users are solely responsible for managing their account information. The operator shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use of accounts. The operator may suspend or delete a user's account without prior notice if the user violates these Terms.
Service Changes and Termination
The operator may change the content of the Service or discontinue or terminate the Service without prior notice to users. The operator shall not be liable for any damages caused to users as a result.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
