Description of Service
xutil is a network diagnostic and security toolkit for iOS. The App provides tools for network analysis, web diagnostics, SSL/TLS inspection, security testing, and email authentication verification. All operations are performed from the user's device.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App to: - Conduct unauthorized security testing or penetration testing on systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test - Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of any third-party system or network - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and the network diagnostic tools it provides. You acknowledge that network scanning, security testing, and related activities may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of Liability
